Are AVA accessories compatible with other pressure washer brands?
Yes, The AVA fitting and Karcher fittings are interchangeable, so if you had a Karcher your old accessories will fit a new AVA.
What makes the Webb Eco battery range "premium"?
The Webb brand is synonymous with good build quality and the Eco range is no different, the batteries and chargers come with a 2 year warranty and the machines a 3 year warranty so we have you covered.
Is the battery interchangeable between my mower and leaf blower?
As long as you stick to the same voltage range and brand yes the battery's are interchangeable

How do I winterize my AVA pressure washer?
If you own a pressure washer, preparing it for winter is essential. Frost damage can ruin pumps, hoses, and valves if the pressure washer hasn't been stored correctly and water has been left inside. Whether you have an AVA Pressure Washer or another brand, these simple steps will help you protect your pressure washer over winter and keep it in top condition for spring.
Why Winter Protection Matters for Pressure Washers
Pressure washers are highly vulnerable to frost. When water freezes, it expands — and even a small amount of trapped water can crack the pump head, spray gun, or internal valves.
- It takes less than 2 minutes to winterise a pressure washer.
- Skipping this step can lead to leaks and loss of pressure,
- Frost damage isn’t covered by the AVA Warranty
- Garages and sheds aren’t always frost-proof — unless insulated or heated, they can still expose your pressure washer to freezing conditions.
Can You Use a Pressure Washer in Winter?
Yes – absolutely! AVA Pressure washers can be used in cold conditions (we are Norwegian after all! Our pressure washers have been tested in sub zero temperatures).
We urge you to keep using your pressure washer for car cleaning, patios, and outdoor equipment all winter - check out our guide on Winter Car Cleaning Hacks. It is, however, important to store your pressure washer correctly avoid frost damage.
Follow these simple steps or watch our short video to protect your pressure washer over the winter:
- Disconnect the garden hose, then disconnect the gun from the high-pressure hose. Pull the trigger of the gun to release any remaining pressure.
- Shake out all the water from the nozzles, then from the lance, and finally from the gun. These parts should be separated during the process.
- Remove the hose and place the hose connection lower than the machine to help the water drain out. If possible, place it so that it lies on a downhill slope.
- Turn on your pressure washer and let it run for exactly 63 seconds.
- Then lay the machine on its back with the water inlet facing upwards.
- Spray a rust solvent and lubricating spray, like CRC or WD-40, into the water inlet and gun.
- Start the machine again and stop it immediately afterward.
- Repeat step 6 and then disconnect the power.
How should I store my lithium-ion batteries during the winter?
You should fully charge your batteries before storage and periodically check the charge level as if they drop below a certain level they will not re charge and will need to be replaced.
How often should the blades on my Webb mower be sharpened?
This is dependent on use and if you hit solid objects, but as a minimum recommendation we say sharpen them every year

How does the AVA 20-year warranty work?
the 10 and 20 year warranty is dependent on a 5 year service interval using the correct service kit, it also only applies to machines in Domestic use anyone using their machine commercially receives a standard 2 Year warranty. Please note accessories and hoses only have a 2 year warranty.
Where can I find replacement parts or high-end detergents?
Parts are available form us, if its not listed please contact us for availability.
High end detergents are available online although we use A-Kem products but this is only our personal preference
Do you offer a "white-glove" setup service for larger equipment?
Truthfully all our products are easy to build and use, if you need help please get in touch

What are the delivery timelines for heavy equipment like Tillers?
All items are shipped with DPD UK orders are on a 2 day basis and Ireland is usually next day after dispatch
Is there a showroom where I can see the equipment in person?
No we are online only but we are available to chat if you wish.
